70% Dark Chocolate
Camino Verde | Ecuador
Single-Origin Series
Nestled in Ecuador’s lush Guayas region, Camino Verde bridges traditional farming with advanced fermentation science to produce scientifically tailored, ethically sourced Neo-Nacional beans. At Clear Water Cocoa Company, our partnership with microbiologist Vicente Norero brings this innovative, flavor-dense Ecuadorian heritage straight to the Chippewa Valley through our meticulous small-batch roasting process.
Tasting Notes
When I think chocolate, I think of Camino Verde. These beans produce a classic chocolate, brownie-like profile, accented by nutty undertones and a smooth lingering finish.
Roasting Profile
We apply a gentle, low-and-slow roasting profile. This precise heat control curbs aggressive volatile acids, perfectly drawing out Camino Verde’s signature notes of deep fudge and toasted almond.
Ingredients
